Refund Policy

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges, as detailed product videos are available on our Instagram page and clear product images are provided on our website.

Returns or replacements will be accepted only if the product is damaged, broken, or defective upon delivery, and a complete unboxing video is provided. Claims without an unboxing video cannot be accepted.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for another item due to personal preference, we do not arrange a return pickup.

Our exchange policy is also valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.

You can initiate an exchange request by emailing us. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Return Shipping

If you wish to exchange a product for another item due to personal preference, we do not arrange a return pickup.

You will need to send the product back to us using any courier service of your choice. Once we receive the product in its original, unused condition, we will dispatch your selected replacement item.

Both the return shipping and the new shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once your return is received and inspected in our warehouse in a maximum of 7 days from the date on which myfmj.com receives returned goods. We will send you an email/Whatsapp message to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If everything is in order, then your refund will be processed, and the amount will be refunded to your original method of payment for prepaid orders. For cash on delivery orders, we will ask you to provide us with your bank account details and credit the refund amount in the same. 

In case of prepaid order through UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the amount will be refunded back to the account from which it was paid within 3-5 working days. 

Please note that Cash-on-Delivery charges and Shipping Charges (if applicable) are not refundable. 

Note:

Any single jewellery in a combo/ gift box cannot be replaced or returned.

We require an unboxing video incase of missing products claims

Products purchased in the period of a special promotional offer, contests, clearance or any special scheme, cannot be returned or replaced.
